As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility program at Eclectic Events, we understand the importance of taking action to ensure the sustainability in the event industry.

Below we describe how we achieve this:

We have partnered with Ecologi, a leading environmental organization, to implement sustainable practices and offset our carbon emissions.

One of the key ways we work together with Ecologi is through carbon offsetting. Carbon offsetting involves investing in projects that reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere, such as reforestation, renewable energy, and energy efficiency initiatives. By supporting these projects, we can balance out the carbon emissions produced by our events and help to combat climate change.

We do this by using Ecologi’s Climate Action Workforce subscription to have a base level of carbon offsetting based on the number of employees.

In addition to carbon offsetting, we also focus on reducing our carbon footprint through various sustainable practices. For example, we source locally produced and organic materials for our events, minimize waste through recycling and composting programs, and encourage attendees to use alternative transportation options such as public transit or carpooling.

Furthermore, we strive to educate our clients and event attendees about the importance of sustainability and the steps they can take to lower their environmental impact. This may include providing information on eco-friendly vendors, promoting reusable or biodegradable products, and offering incentives for eco-conscious behavior.

By working together with Ecologi, we are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and leading the way toward a more sustainable future for the event industry. Through our partnership, we can take meaningful action to lower our carbon footprint and create memorable events that prioritize environmental responsibility.
